Meaning of Sunil

SUNIL is some one who does NOT listen to others...It seems genesis is from Sanskrit/Tamil where "SUN" ie सुन refers to the 1st part while "IL" would have initially implied "ILLE" prounced as इल्ली is a Tamil word (probabily written as ....) ILLE means "NO"....thus the suggestion that sunil could be someone who does not listen to others....sounds logical and does hold good for me....
